Healthpointe Prep Day 1 Notes

So I ended prep day 1 yesterday and I found that 10,000 steps actually is not an easy goal.  I walked from my brother's house to my home which is approximately a 3 km walk and achieved only 8,848 steps in the entire day.  This includes a trip to the shopping centre and other general walking around activities.

Apart from that I took my supplements which were a daily multivitamin, daily fruit and veg concentrate and 3 pills of omega-3 fish oil.  I had a toast and egg for breakfast, rice and veggies for lunch and headed out to a Lebanese restaurant for dinner followed by a cup of gelato.

I haven't noticed any difference in my energy levels or weight as yet.  Not that I am actually on the Healthpointe program yet, that starts after day 3 of prep.
