Prep day 3 is over! My ankle was feeling a lot better for most of the day. However towards the evening it did start to feel a little rough. I've put it on ice again for the night and hopefully it will be fine tomorrow. I managed 6,855 steps throughout for the day which is a good result.
I had my measurements taken by my Healthpointe coach which I will post as part of my day 1 blog post tomorrow along with my goals.
Today was grocery day! I bought some chicken breast and pan fried it ready for tomorrow's meals. I used 15 ml of soy sauce to flavour it as well as help it to cook nicely. As for today's food I had an egg and toast in the morning, noodles for lunch and Vietnames pho for dinner. Had some potato chip snacks in between lunch and dinner.
As for supplements I have taken my daily multivitamin, concentrated fruit and veg and 3x Omega-3 pills. I was advised by my coach to ensure that the Omega-3 goes to 6 pills once the program starts in full.
3 days of prep finished, now starts the hard work of the actual Healthpointe program. I feel excited about it as I have been struggling with my weight for some time now and also somewhat nervous because I know it won't necessarily be easy.
