Healthpointe Prep Day 2 Notes

Just a short journal as there isn't that much to say about prep day 2.  I went for a 4 km walk and ended up with 7,495 steps for the day. That number may not be too accurate as I had some troubles with my pedometer not counting my steps.  Apart from that I had my usual breakfast of an egg and toast, noodles for lunch and dirty KFC for dinner ;)  Once Monday hits I won't be able to eat that stuff for 6 weeks!

As for my supplements I took the daily multivitamin, concentrated fruit & veg and Omega-3 fish oil supplements.  I have to say I'm not a fan of taking pills as part of my everyday routine.

One last thing, I managed to twist my ankle a bit in the evening so I spent most of my night with an elevated foot on ice. Feels a bit better today so hopefully I can restart my steps routine tomorrow when the actual Healthpointe program!
